The Shielded Empire: Official Update on the PalpiGol Ecosystem Trademark Registrations
A giant is not built with code and servers alone, but with absolute legal security. Our intellectual property shield at INPI, Brazil's trademark office, is advancing rapidly. The Board is extremely proud to announce that the trademarks PALPIGOL FC®, Campeonato Palpiteiro® (the original Portuguese name of the PalpiGol Championship) and Campeonato de Palpites® now hold definitive registrations in force. In addition, the main PalpiGol trademark (classes 09 and 41) is advancing solidly, awaiting substantive examination. Our elite competitions, such as PLC PALPIGOL LA COPA, have already passed the initial stages and are in the opposition period, as is our new official crest. Finally, the PalpiGol FC operations registration is awaiting final grant processing. Every line of code in our ecosystem is being built on an unbreakable legal foundation. The future is a registered trademark.
