Corporate Victory: PALPIGOL FC® Officially Granted and Major Progress at INPI
The legal foundation of our ecosystem has just become even more unbreakable. The Board is extremely proud to announce the definitive grant of the PALPIGOL FC® trademark (Class 41), which now bears the Registered seal at INPI, Brazil's trademark office. Beyond this major victory, our trademarks PLC PALPIGOL LA COPA™, CAMPEONATO PALPITEIRO™ (the original Portuguese name of the PalpiGol Championship, Class 41) and our APP ICON™ (Class 09) successfully passed the opposition phase without challenges, now moving on to the long-awaited substantive examination. Our legal architecture operates to the same AAA standard as our code. The legacy is protected.
