INPI grants the PALPIGOL FC® trademark, and three more marks move to substantive examination
Brazil's trademark office, INPI, has granted the PALPIGOL FC® trademark (class 41), which is now registered and in force. The marks PLC PALPIGOL LA COPA™, CAMPEONATO PALPITEIRO™ (class 41) and the APP ICON™ (class 09) cleared the opposition period with no challenges and move on to substantive examination.
